| 1. | Your agency can now choose to have the Consumable Inventory program post transactions to General Ledger as open, unaccepted batches. We have added a policy in Setup to enable this: CIGLAcpt (Auto Accept GL Batches created from CI). If your agency changes this policy is False, batches will post to GL as unaccepted. The default value for this policy is True. If your agency does not change this, batches will post to GL as automatically accepted, as they have in the past. (Case 8857) |

| 1. | The ORC program does an automatic analysis to determine if a household is Hard to House and automatically sets the Hard to House checkbox on the Tenant Detail screen (on the Main tab, Rent Calculations sub-tab). Under certain circumstances, the housing authority may need to override this decision, but ORC did not allow that. We have enhanced the program to support this, so that if the SRO checkbox on the Rent Calculations sub-tab is checked, then the Hard to House checkbox will not be set automatically and can be checked or unchecked manually. | 1. | W-2s were previously calculated from subtotals, which caused them to be incorrect under certain circumstances. This has been corrected. W-2s are now calculated directly from check history. (Case 10326) |
A related issue sometimes caused W-2s to be incorrect for employees paid by more than one Company. This has been corrected. (Case 9065)
| 2. | Box 14 of Form W-2 was sometimes incorrect for employees paid for more than one job (that is, people with multiple Employee records with the same Social Security Number). This has been corrected. (Case 10314) |
| 3. | On the Total Taxes tab of the Federal Form 941 screen, line 1 referenced only "the pay period that includes March 12th," which is incorrect for quarters 2, 3, and 4. This has been updated to reference the correct month and date for each quarter. (Case 9707) |

| 1. | For re-inspections done on a Windows tablet, any new deficiencies added during the re-inspection failed to sync back to the desktop program. This has been corrected. (Case 10519) |
